Apply Online
First, complete the
online application. Have your basic licensing, credential and recent work experience information on hand. Get started now—It's safe, secure, free and convenient.
Complete Your Skills Checklist
Second, after you submit your application, it's time to get started on your
skills checklist. You will be directed to the online skills checklist forms page after you complete the online application. Select your specialty from the list, fill out the form and submit. You can visit the online
skills checklist forms page later if you need to complete additional checklists.
Complete the Professional Reference Form
Third, it's now time to complete the online
Professional Reference Request and send it to three of your most recent employers to complete.
NurseChoice Experience RequirementsBefore you begin, make sure you meet NurseChoice's stricter experience criteria:
- A minimum of five years' RN experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Computerized charting experience preferred
In addition to our requirements, the facilities we work with also have preferences for different types of units, practice settings and area of specialty. Click here for some general guidelines of the minimum required experience for some typical travel nursing specialties.
